- COLE & KAITLEN RHOADES
Cole Rhoades is the prospective Associate Pastor of Students and Worship. The Rhoades served as IMB Journeymen for two years in East Asia. Cole has a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry (Minor in Music) from Howard Payne University and a Masters in Worship Leadership from Dallas Baptist. Both are originally from Sweetwater, Texas. - SUNDAY FUNDAY
Sunday will be a fun day! It start with small groups at 9:15a. Cole & Kaitlen will walk around and visit each group. Then at 10a enjoy some coffee and donuts in the Worship Center for an informal meet-n-greet. Cole has planned some great songs for worship and we’re studying Acts 9. A brief member meeting will follow the worship gathering. There’s a group headed to El Chico for lunch (see Linda Fenley for more info). - BACK TO SCHOOL SPLASH
Hope you all had a great summer! It’s time to kick-off the Awana year on Wed, September 5th. Join us for hamburgers and hot dogs around 6:00-6:30. Stick around to visit other Awana families as the kids play. We will have a water bounce house and some kiddie pools for the littles. Let your child wear a swimsuit or shorts and bring towels. You may want to bring lawn chairs for outside. They will have a blast playing in the water! You can register for Awana on this website. - PRAYER CHAIN UPDATE

As we’ve been reading through Acts the church scatters and spreads the word. It may be a different day, but the goal is the same. Let’s go out and share who God is and what he has done.
