EXPERIENCE CHRISTMAS 2024 AT FMFB

JESUS – THERE’S SOMETHING ABOUT THAT NAME

SUNDAYS  |  10.30A

This Advent, join us for our series, “Jesus: There’s Something About That Name.” Acts 4.12, “And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” There’s something about Jesus’ name; it’s the key to our salvation & the heart of God’s redemptive plan. In this series, we’ll explore five powerful names: Jesus, Savior, Son of Man, King of the Jews, & Christ the Lord. Each name reveals a different aspect of who Jesus is, and through these names, we’ll discover how He calls us to deeper relationship, worship, and transformation. His names, above all other names, are dear to us, because he is dear to us. Prepare to be amazed, challenged, and transformed by the name that is above every name. The Savior is near. The Lord is coming. And there is no other name like Jesus.

CANDLELIGHT CHRISTMAS

DECEMEBER 24 | 6.00P

Every year we gather on this holy night to celebrate the birth of our Savior & Lord. We’ll sing some of our favorite, timeless Christmas carols. We’ll read the Christmas story. The evening ends with Silent Night in candlelight. We also provide kid safe candles for kids which they can keep to remember the evening.

What should I expect?

Each worship is centered on the Word of God. Each Sunday we sing, pray, and hear God’s Word together as the Flower Mound family.

What should I wear?

Come however you’re most comfortable. You’ll see people attending in everything from jeans and t-shirts to dresses and ties on Christmas. Overall, we’re a very casual congregation.

Where do I go after I arrive?

Use the main entrance under the large white cross (doors face north). Worship Gatherings – including Candlelight Christmas Eve – are in the Worship Center. Members of FM’s Welcome team will greet you at the door. The Welcome Team can help parents find the Kids area to register their family for FM Kids. (See “What About My Kids” below for more information.)

What about my kids?

We have activities for babies, toddlers, & kids in Building A during most Sundays. Kids meet in Building A. When you arrive look for the large KIDS sign & register your kids in the foyer of Building A. We will ask you to check in your child using our electronic system. You will receive a guardian tag with a code. If we need to contact you at anytime during a gathering, we will reach out to you via text message. To maintain a secure environment, you must bring your guardian tag back to FM Kids to pick up your child at the conclusion of the gathering. To enter Journey Kids, you must have undergone a background check or have a guardian tag. (All FM Kids team have received training & been screened.)
